The annual International Day of Peace brings the opportunity to find peace within and share that peace through our thoughts, words and actions in the world. This year we are offering you the chance to be in the peaceful atmosphere of our ashram in the Scottish Borders, to immerse yourself in peace and also share peace with the world.
You'll then receive the nourishment of an organic plant-based lunch, either sitting outside on the warm deck, if it's sunny, or inside in the warmth of the log fire.
After lunch, we'll take a mindful walk through the woodlands opposite the ashram, practise some pranayama conscious breathing in the fresh air, and then return for a session of deep relaxation with yoga nidra.
Yoga mats, cushions, blankets and refreshments will be provided.

*All events held in the ashram are offered by donation, in the spirit of 'dana' a Sanskrit word that means gift/giving. If you can't afford to give the suggested rate, then please feel free to give what you can. Likewise, if you're able to give more, then please consider doing so. Thank you.
