The Level 1 Beginners Course provides a thorough introduction to the traditional and holistic system of Yoga in Daily Life, and also offers support for your ongoing learning and practice.
Releasing tension and blockages from muscles and joints, internal organs, the nervous system and the mind, the Level 1 techniques are designed to awaken energy and restore balance to your body, mind and soul.
Includes yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation, along with the underlying principles of yoga and healthy living - with weekly two-hour sessions to allow plenty of time for individual assistance and discussion.
Recommended for beginners and those returning to their yoga practice, especially those who are new to Yoga in Daily Life.
